Job Description: this is a metal recycling plant. There are several different positions. They want someone that can be crossed trained and moved into other rolls. They will be working outside in the elements. To move into other positions they must show a willingness to learn and do what is necessary to complete the task at hand. Shredder line worker – pulling out wire and trash that is going to the shredder. Must be able to learn quickly and close attention to detail. They will be on the shredding line sorting through all kinds of materials. Must be able to work quickly and have a good hand and eye coordination. Lots of fires start on the shred line so must be very cautious of what is going into the shredder.
