DESCRIPTION: Job Description: This is a metal recycling plant. There are several different positions. They want someone that can be cross-trained and moved into other roles. They will be working outside in the elements. To move into other positions, they must show a willingness to learn and do what is necessary to complete the task at hand. Heavy Equipment Operators: must be able to operate backhoe, trackhoe, dump truck, Labear machine. All equipment is geared towards metal recycling and all equipment uses magnets. They will only drive the equipment on company property; they will never drive outside the customer site. All equipment is air-conditioned. If the air conditioning is out on any piece of equipment, they get it fixed immediately.
