Position: Material Handler Pay Rate/Range: $14.00 We urgently need a Material Handler to start as soon as possible. Please send me all candidates' information for review. - Temp to hire position. - Forklift experience required. - Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License and be able to drive to work. - Prefer candidates with a clear background, but we will review those with no history of violence or theft. - Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with potential for increase based on reliability and performance. Material Handler/Utility Personnel - This is a cross-trained position. - Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, but will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and longevity. - Work schedule: 5:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday (one-hour break/lunch coordinated with Supervisor). This position involves warehouse duties, material handling, and general utility tasks. On-the-job training and experience may lead to advancement in various positions within manufacturing and plastic injection molding, such as maintenance, production, quality control, tooling, or management. Job Responsibilities: - Operating stand-up/sit-down forklifts. - Operating a 1-ton bobtail delivery truck (similar to a furniture moving truck). - Managing warehouse inventory of raw materials and finished goods. - Preparing and maintaining raw materials for production. - Supporting production technicians and packaging personnel. - Capable of physically lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. - Capable of handling up to 200 lbs with proper material handling equipment. Key Requirements: - Must maintain a valid Oklahoma driver's license. - Must pass a drug screen and background check. - Reliable transportation. - Forklift certification preferred but not necessary. - Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Experience and Skillsets (preferred, not required): - Work experience in plastic injection molding. - Vocational training or experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or maintenance fields. - Military service. Job Type: Temporary to Hire Shift/Schedule: 5:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday (one-hour break/lunch coordinated with Supervisor)
