DESCRIPTION: Fabricator 1st Shift Plasma Table Operator 5am to 3:30 am M-F and currently working mandatory 6 hour shifts on Saturdays. They would love to find someone who is flexible to switch shifts. Steel Toed Boots Required Must have clean background check. NO MMC 2nd Shift Brake Operator Must be available to train on dayshift for about 1 week before moving to 2nd shift. Night shift is 5pm to 3:30 am M-F and currently working mandatory 6 hour shifts on Saturdays. Depending on business needs this may only be a 6-8 week but may increase as business expands. NO MMC Saw Operator/ 1 Position JO#5 Temp to Hire Position The pay would be $18-$19 depending on experience and shift would be 5 am to 3:30 pm (Fluent in Vietnamese would be a plus. But not required.) Set up, operate and maintain conventional and special-purpose machine(s) to fabricate structural parts and assemblies with minimal assistance. Apply knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of materials, and lay out techniques. Maintain accurate parts through the operation of the machine and follow quality assurance procedures. Read and understand blueprints and instructions required for assigned job. Use depth gauges and other measuring devices to ensure a quality product. What you know: You have a High School or GED equivalent.. • Basic math skills including the ability to read a tape measure and calipers required. • Prior manufacturing experience preferred. • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints preferred. • Experience using industrial machines preferred. • Forklift operation certification preferred. • Overhead crane experience preferred. • Demonstrates proficiency in one or more of the following equipment: radial drills, fin tube machinery, large vertical band saw, presses, breaks and shears. • Physical and Environmental Requirements of the Position: • Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally. • Stands or walks 70% of work day. • Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment. • Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure)
