Position: Janitor Pay Rate/Range: $16-18 Description: Will be working in multiple buildings in a complex. Your daily duties will include operating a variety of industrial cleaning equipment. Most of your roles will require you to sweep, mop, vacuum, clean restrooms, gather and remove trash, and scrub floors. You will be working with industrial cleaning products and will need to ensure the proper use of chemicals. In addition, you need to move and rearrange heavy furniture as you clean. Lastly, you are required to repair broken items in the restrooms. Job Requirements: Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds. Stand on your feet for over 8 hours a day. Past Janitorial experience of 1 year. Valid Driver's License. Work independently. Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Shift/Schedule: 1st 7:00am-3:30pm 2nd 4:00pm-12:30am
