Position: Maintenance Technician Pay Rate/Range: $20+ BOE Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing damaged structures/equipment with minimal downtime. You must maintain mechanical, electrical, ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems. Job Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma. 3-5 years of Maintenance experience required. OHSA 30 Certification Preferred. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Preferred. In-Depth Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is preferred. Basic Computer knowledge. Job Type: Contract to Hire Shift/Schedule: 1st shift 7am-3:30 pm
