Position: Machining Supervisor

Pay Rate/Range: $19-23 depending on experience. 

Description: Oversee the operations in the Machining Dept. Attend production meetings. Works daily with other departments to keep the machine team compliant with various regulations. Will be operating CNC, Manual machines, including Mills, Lathes to support production. Will be using and training on Decipher job orders and blueprints. Responsible for periodically inspecting the tools, parts, and equipment in the machining area. Developing a team that will be responsible for meeting production goals.

Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience operating Lathes/Mills with an emphasis on CNC controls with exposure and experience of manual applications. Ability to read blueprints, calipers, dial indicators, heigh meters, gauges, micrometers, optical comparators, radius gauges, and T-gauges. Minimum of 2 years supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.   Required experience in MS Office Suites. Outlook, Word, and Excel.
